CDW Advisory is a private equity firm that provides specialized and comprehensive real estate opportunities for our Accredited Investors. Our in-house team of expertise have years of experience within corporate finance, real estate brokerage, and construction industries. We are a firm that is rapidly growing with over $100 million in property acquisitions, and $300 million in construction across varies residential and commercial properties.

We look to acquire high quality real estate investment at discount or replacement costs. We then look to renovate those properties with high quality materials and construction. Once the property is complete, we look to sale and/or lease those properties. We strive to locate properties with exceptional returns and provide back to the communities beautiful properties where people will want to live, work, and play.
